The way in which NSDL has so successfully completed the de-materialization of
stock documents is an amazing story. They have moved over the past seven years
from “It cannot be done because it is India and not America” to “There is
nothing that cannot be done in India today”. The only way “India can be
shining” is to replicate such successes all over India, in every Geography
(not just Mumbai & Bangalore alone) and to every segment (not IT & Banking
